The creation of our work took several years. The rudimental segmentation of the perspective points to Feigin’s beginnings as an artist and stands in the tradition of the “knave of diamonds”, while the intensive colours, that seem to shine from within, originate from the artist’s abstract period. The coloured wooden horses were made by the artist himself. They are a reminiscence of his time in the cavalry and are often part of his still lifes.] PROVENIENZ: Private collection Sweden (acquired from artist). Private collection Russia. In good condition. Some smaller spots with minimal craquelé.
